Fatima found him at 2 AM, still awake. “Shaukat, what have you done?”

Finishing as the 8th highest-grossing film of the year, it stood tall alongside other 1993 cinematic giants like Yash Chopra's Darr and Abbas-Mustan's Baazigar .

While not critically acclaimed, its commercial success and cultural penetration were undeniable.

For a long time, Dalaal was considered a "lost" film—unavailable on major streaming platforms, existing only on grainy VHS rips and old cable TV recordings. What follows is Bhola’s struggle between his naive, good-hearted nature and the cruel, exploitative world he is trapped in. With underworld dons, corrupt politicians, and colorful side characters, the film balances social commentary with mass entertainment.

  8. You do good work. I personally like the interaction between a rangefinder camera and a live model moreso than a DSLR type camera, which somehow is between us. Of course, the chat between you and the model makes the image come alive. The one thing no one sees is the interaction. Carry on.

    1. Thanks Tom, yes agree RF cameras block the face less for interactions. Agree it’s the chat that makes shoots a success or not. Cheers!
