Follow these steps to install the OCPP-809 printer on your Windows machine:

Loose cable connection or wrong USB port configuration in Windows.

Choose POS-80 or 80mm Series from the list of device profiles. Set up the Port:

Click Adding Printers and Classes and add the detected OCPP-809 device.

How is the printer (USB, Ethernet, or Serial)? Are you encountering any specific error messages ?

The Series 4 units were old. Not "vintage" old, but "firmware-last-updated-in-2016" old. They spoke JSON, technically, but it was a dialect of OCPP 1.5 that seemed to ignore half the schema. The client wanted these units managed by a modern Central System running OCPP 2.0.1.
